Author: My Spanish is quite broken, but managed to navigate my way through the search and through the booking process. The site impressed me as very friendly, because I was able to do everything required without proper knowledge of the language. It took me just about 15 minutes to book the car. I also took my time and translated the terms and conditions of service, just to be on the safe side. They are quite logical and reasonable.
Once in Spain we had our first journey from Barcelona to Ibiza, which was just awesome – the car was brand new, fully operational, smooth as silk and overall, a pleasure to drive on the Spanish motorways. It was exactly what was promised and it was in remarkably good condition.
However, on the way back something happened to the engine. Neither my husband, nor I understand of cars that much, but the guys from CochesYa.es helped us immensely. We called them in the middle of nowhere with our car out of order. They were extremely understanding and dispatched help immediately. We were back on track within the hour. Their service was absolutely outstanding!
